You were right about openSUSE, but just as you changed Fedora Core to Fedora (which was very acurate), Red Hat and SUSE also changed their names.
Let me explain: openSuse is a fork from SUSE Linux Enterprise just as Fedora is from Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The movement was just the same, the company closed the distro to the public and set a free version apart.
I think you don’t have anything to change about Ubuntu tree. Fullcircle magazine, a community zine, presents all those (U/KU/Edu/XU)buntu as different versions.
Caerolus:
The LUC3M website is in Spanish only so I couldn’t find any date for the first public release. Perhaps you can help me with that? Without dates I can’t add it.
kitzogen:
I believe the first public release will be in october…? Anyway, it will be added. Thanks.
jengelh:
I know, it’s a bit weird now. I’ll fix it asap.
Link exchange is nothing else except it is just placing the other person’s weblog link on your page at suitable place and other person will also do similar in support of you.
Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Edubuntu, and Ubuntu are all the same distro.
Hi there,
my university unveiled a linux distro based on debian a few years ago: luc3m http://luc3m.uc3m.es/
You may want to add it 🙂
Cheers

Вот про это я почитал с большим интересом. И с удовольствием прочитал бы еще больше! Планируете ли дальше писать на эту же тему? Спасибо
Any updates planned?
